Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance per AMM and GMM standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, test, and replace avionics and wiring.
- Document work and ensure proper installation using approved data.
- Support and guide junior technicians.
- Work with flight crews on troubleshooting and preflight checks.
- Maintain test equipment and keep work areas organized.
- Participate in ongoing training.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of avionics experience (Part 145 required; Part 135 preferred).
- Strong business aviation background.
- Familiar with AMM and IPC manuals.
- Experience with Gulfstream, Cessna, Embraer, or Bombardier preferred.
- CMP/CAMP experience a plus.
- Own tools required.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
- FAA Repairman Certificate (or ability to obtain); A&P preferred.
- Able to work in high-stress environments, confined spaces, and at heights.
