About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to help scale our private aviation platform and lead operational excellence across our Part 135 and Part 91 operations. With a fleet of 40+ aircraft, this role will oversee flight operations, maintenance coordination, scheduling, and growth across our Jet Card, Fractional Ownership, and Aircraft Management programs. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to strengthen safety, elevate the client experience, and drive operational performance.


Responsibilities:
  •  Lead daily operations across flight operations, maintenance coordination, and scheduling. 
  •  Ensure safe, compliant Part 135 and Part 91 operations while promoting a strong safety culture. 
  •  Improve aircraft utilization, routing, and maintenance efficiency. 
  •  Track operational KPIs and support budget and cost management initiatives. 
  •  Partner with sales, finance, and client experience teams to support company growth. 
  •  Develop scalable systems and workflows for jet card, fractional ownership, and aircraft management programs. 
  •  Mentor department leaders and foster accountability and continuous improvement. 

Requirements:
  •  10+ years of aviation operations leadership experience. 
  •  Strong Part 135 operational experience; Part 91 knowledge preferred. 
  •  Experience managing multi-aircraft operations. 
  •  Strong understanding of FAA regulations and operational management. 
  •  Budget and P&L management experience preferred. 
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. 
  •  Experience with jet card and aircraft management programs is a plus. 
  •  Familiarity with ARGUS, Wyvern, and SMS programs preferred. 
  •  Strong leadership and KPI-driven management skills.
