About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Flight and Dispatch Coordinator to join our aviation operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our private charter aircraft fleet. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate flight operations in compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations and the General Operations Manual.
- Maintain operational control, including trip coordination, flight tracking, and communication with crew and leadership.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international trips, including permits, customs, and required documentation.
- Monitor active flights to ensure safety and operational awareness.
- Manage aircraft scheduling and communicate operational updates to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or aviation-related education preferred.
- Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operational coordination.
