In this role, you’ll deliver life-saving treatment to critically ill or injured patients while growing your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments during transport.
- Accurately document patient care, stabilization, and transport details.
- Maintain compliant and precise billing records.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and partners.
- Support outreach, public relations, and marketing initiatives.
- Attend required training, meetings, and maintain clinical competencies.
- Work under the Medical Director and report to Clinical Services leadership.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- 3–5 years of critical care or emergency experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, plus one trauma certification (TNCC, ITLS, PHTLS, etc.); NRP preferred.
- Ability to obtain CFRN within 24 months.
- Previous flight or transport experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for charting and communication.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including weight limits and exams.
