Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced medical care and emergency treatment during air and ground transport.
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and transport details.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, leadership, and external partners.
- Support PR and outreach efforts.
- Participate in ongoing training, skill labs, and continuing education.
- Maintain all certifications and operate under Medical Director oversight.
Requirements:
- Active paramedic certification in the state of employment.
- 3+ years of 911/pre-hospital experience (5+ preferred).
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
- FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
- Strong communication and basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass physical requirements (including lifting up to 100 lbs and maintaining weight under 235 lbs).
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
