Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced assessments, treatments, and emergency care during air and ground transports.
- Document patient care and transport details accurately.
- Complete billing documentation for transports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and external partners.
- Support outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in training, continuing education, and required competency programs.
- Maintain all required certifications and licensure.
Requirements:
- Active paramedic certification in the state of employment.
- 3+ years of 911/pre-hospital experience (5+ preferred).
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
- Ability to obtain FP-C within 24 months.
- Strong communication and basic computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
- Must meet weight requirement (under 235 lbs).
