Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities to improve efficiency and minimize delays.
- Lead, train, and support technicians while ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain safe, operable work areas and equipment.
- Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records.
- Partner with the Inspection Department to maintain compliance.
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining overall accountability.
- Support safety risk management and uphold SMS standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year experience on turbine-powered aircraft (12,500 lbs. MGTOW or greater).
- Proficiency with maintenance manuals and calibrated test equipment.
- Recent Run Taxi/Qualified experience (AMA if applicable).
- Airworthiness Release Qualified (within 90 days).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport within 90 days.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and proficient in English.
Compensation & Benefits
- $31.86–$34.36 per hour.
