About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Repair Station Manager to lead the daily operations of our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. In this role, you’ll drive safety, compliance, and efficiency while leading a skilled team in a fast-paced aviation environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and applicable FARs; act as the main liaison with regulators.
- Oversee inspections, maintenance activities, and documentation of maintenance releases.
- Supervise and support technicians, ensuring work meets approved standards.
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management of repair station staff.
- Manage inventory processes and material flow.
- Maintain facility safety, security, and readiness.
- Communicate with customers and support business development efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing a Part 145 Repair Station or as an A&P Mechanic.
- Strong experience with inflight entertainment (IFE) systems.
- Solid knowledge of FARs and team management.
- Experience in inventory and inspection processes.
- Wireless sales experience is a plus.
