Responsibilities:
- Perform aircraft maintenance and inspections to ensure airworthiness.
- Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic on complex or unusual issues.
- Manage maintenance activities at field bases, including inventory and parts requests.
- Ensure safety and security of company assets.
- Complete and verify maintenance reports, ensuring compliance with FAA and company standards.
- Input maintenance data into RAMCO.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor and adjust parts inventory levels.
- Maintain and calibrate tools as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience.
- Basic communication and computer skills.
- Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check (including lifting up to 100 lbs).
- Sheet metal and/or avionics experience (for roving team).
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible/night shifts.
