About the Opportunity:
Join us as a Senior A&P Mechanic and help keep our fleet safe and mission-ready. As a leader in the air ambulance industry, we transport over 22,000 patients each year while upholding the highest safety standards. This is a hands-on role where your expertise directly supports life-saving operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance evaluations to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic on complex or unusual issues.
- Manage maintenance activities at field bases, ensuring safety and security.
- Complete and certify maintenance reports in compliance with FAA and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records in RAMCO, including work packages and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee parts inventory and maintain required tools.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- 2+ years of experience as a certified mechanic.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
- Sheet metal and/or avionics experience (for roving team).
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible/night shifts.
