About the Opportunity:
We’re a global leader in jet engine maintenance, and we’re looking for a skilled Surveillance Inspector to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with advanced engine technology, ensure world-class quality standards, and play a direct role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our aircraft engines.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on power plants and related components.
- Perform required inspections (RII) in compliance with FAA and company standards.
- Verify approved tooling and data are used during maintenance.
- Document inspections, including completing FAA Form 337 when required.
- Review maintenance records and corrective actions for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct receiving inspections and report airworthiness issues as needed.
- Perform borescope inspections and oversee technician work for quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Part 65 certified mechanic or repairman with a Powerplant License.
- Minimum 3 years of borescope experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience on CFM56-3, -5 B, and -7 B engines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read OEM manuals.
- Experience with Quantum preferred.
- Ability to pass annual DOT vision exam and meet physical requirements.
