About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance per AMM and GMM standards.
Troubleshoot, repair, test, and replace avionics and wiring.
Document work and ensure proper installation using approved data.
Support and guide junior technicians.
Work with flight crews on troubleshooting and preflight checks.
Maintain test equipment and keep work areas organized.
Participate in ongoing training.

Requirements:

3+ years of avionics experience (Part 145 required; Part 135 preferred).
Strong business aviation background.
Familiar with AMM and IPC manuals.
Experience with Gulfstream, Cessna, Embraer, or Bombardier preferred.
CMP/CAMP experience a plus.
Own tools required.
Strong English communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
FAA Repairman Certificate (or ability to obtain); A&P preferred.
Able to work in high-stress environments, confined spaces, and at heights.
