About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Flight and Dispatch Coordinator to join our aviation operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our private charter aircraft fleet. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about aviation who wants to grow their expertise in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate flight operations in compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations and the General Operations Manual.
Maintain operational control, including trip coordination, flight tracking, and communication with crew and leadership.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international trips, including permits, customs, and required documentation.
Monitor active flights to ensure safety and operational awareness.
Manage aircraft scheduling and communicate operational updates to relevant teams.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; college degree or aviation-related education preferred.
Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination preferred.
Knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operational coordination.
