About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Repair Station Manager to lead the daily operations of our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. In this role, you’ll drive safety, compliance, and efficiency while leading a skilled team in a fast-paced aviation environment. Join us and make a direct impact on quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and applicable FARs; act as the main liaison with regulators.
Oversee inspections, maintenance activities, and documentation of maintenance releases.
Supervise and support technicians, ensuring work meets approved standards.
Lead hiring, training, and performance management of repair station staff.
Manage inventory processes and material flow.
Maintain facility safety, security, and readiness.
Communicate with customers and support business development efforts.

Requirements:

5+ years managing a Part 145 Repair Station or as an A&P Mechanic.
Strong experience with inflight entertainment (IFE) systems.
Solid knowledge of FARs and team management.
Experience in inventory and inspection processes.
Wireless sales experience is a plus.
